Trauma-Informed Care, Neuroplasticity and Mindfulness

Part Two in the Series on Trauma-Informed Care

This is part two of the series I am writing for the CPTSD Foundation about Trauma-Informed Care.

I have a big teaser for you all. I am researching and writing a new piece about how alters in a multiple system are formed. I am truly excited because for the first time I have found research and theory that makes sense!

So, stay tuned!

  1. Excellent Article, Shirley!!! I always click onto “You can find the original post for this article HERE.” since it is easier reading for me, but wanted to come back here to your Blog to commend you on this very important article!!! I have amassed many books on MPD/DI over the last 30 years and have read what you have written many times in those books, but you simplify it and it makes for easier to understand AND retain that information – excellent writing and Thank You!!!
